Application: Mix Clear with Noemi Solution in the same ratio (1:1). For lighter shades, mix the clear with the desired color (Noemi Dye) in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 until a creamy and smooth consistency is achieved. Then add Noemi Solution in the ratio (1:1) and mix it.
Apply the mixture obtained. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
