Shipping Days
Edge Beauty Pro ships orders on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding observed holidays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Expedited shipping options receive priority processing, but do not guarantee same-day shipment or delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or operational impacts.
Edge Beauty Pro is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order leaves our warehouse and is accepted and scanned by the selected carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Tracking information reflects the carrier’s most recent scan. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and working directly with the carrier regarding delivery updates or issues.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact their local carrier to initiate a delivery investigation.
Edge Beauty Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or transit-damaged packages once the shipment has been scanned and accepted by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and building details when applicable.
If a package is returned to Edge Beauty Pro due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including missing apartment or unit numbers), Edge Beauty Pro reserves the right to:

Charge an additional shipping fee to reship the order, or

Refund the order minus original and return shipping costs
Edge Beauty Pro is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by address errors provided at checkout.
Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation are not automatically included. Customers who wish to add insurance or require a delivery signature must contact us prior to shipment at:
Order Modifications After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, Edge Beauty Pro is unable to modify shipping addresses, redirect packages, or change delivery instructions.
