Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
Orders will be shipped the same day when received prior to 2pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays will be shipped the following business day. Upgraded shipping such as Overnight or Express will be shipped the same day when received by2pm PST.
Orders that use the FREESHIPPING discount will receive standard shipping of 3-5 business days.
Due to Covid-19 there could be unanticipated delays.
Once a package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the chosen carrier, such as USPS, it is then the responsibility of the carrier. Your carrier can track the package to indicate the last scanned location and every attempt should be made to work with the carrier to aid in the recovery of the package.
If your package is late or is shown to be delivered, and you have not received it, please work with your local carrier to track the package and retrieve it. Edge Beauty Pro is not responsible for mis-delivered, damage during delivery or lost packages once the package has been scanned at the origination. We strongly encourage the Route protection offered to you at check out. If you choose not to use Route Edge Beauty Pro is not responsible for mis-delivered, lost or damaged packages once the package has been scanned.
Returns Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@edgebeautypro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy:
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping charges) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Edge Beauty Pro strives to give you superior service and your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will gladly accept returns that are unopened & unused within 7 days of purchase.

Since Edge Beauty Pro supplies licensed professionals, we are unable to offer a refund on product that has been opened or used.
