This is probably the most asked question we receive! While it would be nice if there was a “one size fits all” answer, there’s just no way there could be. Here’s Why - LASH DENSITY.

Each client will have a different lash density/thickness. If we did the same processing time with each client, you wouldn’t have consistent results. Some would be perfect, but others would be over-processed or under-processed. It’s important we are customizing the time with each client depending on their lash density.

General Rule of Thumb with BOM DUO Lash Lift Timing Guide:

Fine lashes:
4-5min lift lotion / 4-5min setting

Medium lashes:
5-6min lift lotion / 5-6min setting

Coarse lashes:
6-8min lift lotion / 6-8min setting

Always avoid the tips of the lashes and apply at the base to 1/2 way up.

Do a dry removal for step 1 & 2. When the service is complete, remove the lashes from the rod/shield using your Step 3 instead of water.

BOM Duo's procedure is to tint while the lashes are on the rod once you are complete with Step 2.

You will do a dry removal of step 2, going over the lashes 3-4 times to ensure all product is removed.

TINTING RATIOS:
Mix your Beautiful Brows & Lashes tint with a pea size amount of tint to 3 drops of developer.

Be sure to SHAKE your developer well and don't mix your tint until you ready to apply to the lashes immediately.

With Beautiful Brows & Lashes tint, we want the tint to oxidize while it's on the hair so the true color develops and penetrates fully!

TIMING GUIDE:
Afer a lash lift: 3-5min

Lash tint by itself: 10min

REMOVING YOUR TINT:
To remove the tint, go over with a dry q-tip 3-4 times. You can use a damp q-tip if needed, but stick with using your Bomb Duo Lash Lift - Step 3 to release the lashes from the rod and remove remaining tint.

If you are using BB Super Speed Lift & Tint simply replace step 2 and now you're neutralizing, tinting and nourishing in one step! Remember to follow up with Bomb Duo Lash Lift - Step 3!

Let's break it down!

Each client will have a different brow texture/thickness. If we did the same processing time with each client, you wouldn’t have consistent results. Some would be perfect, but others would be over-processed or under-processed. It’s important we are customizing the time with each client depending on their brow thickness

Very fine lashes:
3-4 min lifting lotion/ 3-4 min setting lotion

Fine lashes:
4-5 min lifting lotion/ 4-5 min setting lotion

Normal healthy brows:
5-6 min lifting lotion/ 5-6 min setting lotion

Coarse/thick brows:
6-7 min lifting lotion/ 6-7 min setting lotion

Always remember to avoid the tips of the brows, however it is ok to stretch lotions through the brow hairs for the last minute.

Do a dry removal for step 1 & 2. When the service is complete, use Step 3 to moisturize the brows and break down the Pro Bonder or BB Squeeze Glue Adhesive, this is used in place of water.

BOM Duo's procedure is to tint the brows once you are complete with Step 2.

This question gets asked alot! Here are a couple of things to consider when your making this decision.

Waxing before can compromise the skin by excessive heat resulting in burns or skin tearing if wax removal is done improperly. These results may not show up for 24hrs. Therefore we want to avoid using active ingredients, brow lamination lotions, on or around the skin after waxing.

Waxing after a brow lamination is recommended. Always be aware of the integrity of the skin and look for any sensitivities before proceeding with wax.

*try out our BB Wax. BB's soft, thin wax can be easily removed with paper or fabric wax strips which makes it a perfect wax after a Bomb Duo Brow Lamination!

Depending on the color used and how long you process, colors can last 5-6 weeks on the hair and up to 8 days on the skin.

Darker colors will have a longer skin staining affect.

With Noemi Hybrid Dye, for a natural tint process for 10 minutes.

For a longer skin stain or bolder effect, process for 15 minutes.

If you are using Noemi after a brow lamination, process for 5-8min and check color - as the lamination can cause the pigments to pick up quicker.

Noemi has created a clear color corrector that can be added to any other dye to lighten the shade.

To lighten by one shade, mix 1 part clear color corrector to 1 part of your other color.

To lighten by two shades, mix 2 parts clear color corrector to 1 part of your other color.

We suggest you always use the clear color corrector after brow lamination so color doesn't go too dark.

Noemi is a 1:1 - equal parts tint to equal parts developer.

Mix the dye and apply immediately to the brows or lashes for best results.

LOW TO MID INTENSITY

Golden Blonde, Cooper Mahogany and Graphite are the lightest colors and have a low pigment intensity - leaving a very slight stain on the skin. These colors are great shades to use as color correctors.

• Use Golden Blonde to add warmth
• Use Cooper Mahogany to add a red tone
• Use Graphite to add coolness to your mix

MEDIUM TO HIGH INTENSITY

Light Brown has a medium pigment and can be used by itself for soft & dark blondes and soft brunettes.

Chestnut is a deeper red-brown color that leaves a beautiful stain on the skin.

Medium Brown is a warm chocolate brown color and can be used by itself or mixed with any blue/green base shades to create a cooler brown tone.

STRONGEST INTENSITY

Dark Brown is one of the darkest shades with a strong pigmentation and suitable for dark brunettes.

Black is a neutral color and shows on the skin as a very deep dark brown.

Blue Black is not only great for eyelash tinting but can be used a color corrector with any warm based shades.

If you're a lash or brow artist, here is a product you cannot live without!

Noemi Remover removes any spots on the skin and can be used to correct eyebrows that are too dark in some areas and allow you to reduce the intensity of the color.

Application: Apply Noemi Remover to a cotton pad or swab and remove the color in the desired area.

Rinse with water afterwards.
